Southwark Council is procuring training on Health and Health Inequalities in the con-text of Southwark for Council staff and selected partners, including Community Re-searchers. This will be self-directed learning modules that will be hosted on the Council's e-learning platform MyLearningSource. The format is as follows:
• An introductory level module consisting of a collection of interlinked segments (maximum total of 30 minutes) that cover: wider determinants of health and health inequalities; health inequalities in Southwark; how inequalities in health relate to directorates across the Council and how the Council can address them (Health in All Policies).
• An intermediate level module consisting of a collection of interlinked segments (maximum total 30 minutes) that address key issues covered in the introductory module in greater depth.
The modules will be enhanced through interactive options such as animations, quizzes and polls.
The training will be co-designed by the provider, Council staff, and local residents.
