The contract is to is to establish a Framework Agreement for a fully managed supply and delivery of disposable and resuable (washable) continence products to patient's homes and residential care haomes. Assistance with clinical support and traiining will be required throughout the fraemwork period
It is also expected that tenderers have the capacity to manage the full ordering and delibvery process via an aappropraite secure software application such as teleservice, online portal.
To support community delivery via the management of health board bespoke patient prescription data, and also have the delviery capability to meet the expected cycles for home and care home deliveries. Typical delivery cycles are 4, 8 or 12 week

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to undertake a market review of the current and potential future scope of the Framework
Agreement for Continence Pads and Garments
If applicable, a short meeting will be arranged within the period of 17 May 2022 and 3 June 2022 (subject to availability)
Please note that all meetings will be conducted on a virtual basis, through Microsoft Teams or teleconference.
