This project is for a single partner to provide data centre infrastructure services (DCIS).

The scope of the contract covers services needed to support NRIL’s data centre infrastructure hosted within data centers, LAN/Edge compute rooms and Cloud Platforms. It includes networks (LAN and WAN), platforms, mainframe, servers, specified applications including tools and services required to effectively operate the infrastructure.

The key objective of this project and sourcing event is to provide better value for money from improved efficiencies and service performance through:

• greater cost transparency

• development and implementation of a single operating model

• optimised service model aligned with best practice

• consolidation of multiple service contracts and thereby minimise duplicated effort

• clearer Service ownership and improved Delivery

• alignment of incentives with objectives.

• reducing interfaces and touchpoints while making best use of technical tools and operational resources.

• allow for demand growth within NRIL over the term
