Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council invite tenders from organisations who wish to be included on a Home Care Support framework.

The framework consists of a provision within Redcar and Cleveland for Services to be provided to customers in their own homes who will be young people (16 years and over) and adults who have been assessed by the Council or the Clinical Commissioning Group as being eligible to receive care and/or support. Customers will have a range of needs, dependent on the level of their illness, disability or frailty. There is no typical customer as needs may be very diverse with a great variety of complexity and services should reflect this.

The contract is schedule to commence on 1 November 2024 for a period of 4 years.
