Cleaning services to Valley Primary School in Solihull covering two sites which are the Infant School Site and the Junior School Site. The Infant School is located in Fallowfield Road and the Junior School is located in Old Lode Lane. This will be a 3 year contract with the option for extend for a further 2 years. The school is looking to appoint one contractor to manage this important part of its facilities arrangements. Tenderers should be able to deliver a high level of contract management in partnership with the school. Although the school is under the control of the LEA - Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, the resultant contract will be between the School, and the successful bidder. The Council is facilitating this tender process through its e- tendering portal on behalf of the school. The tender will be evaluated by the school and its governors.
