Lot 1: The Lot 1 provider will lead on managing a food distribution service from a central distribution hub, with the aim of increasing and coordinating the supply of good quality food to community food providers in Waltham Forest.

Lot 2: The Lot 2 provider will lead on shaping a new strategic approach to food distribution in Waltham Forest and piloting new interventions within the community alongside our local food partners, with the aim of developing a more sustainable system of food support and supporting residents on their path to full food autonomy.
