Northumberland County Council (the “Authority”) is inviting tenders from suitable partners who wish to be considered to manage and operate the Authority’s Community Leisure and Wellbeing Services.
The Contract is for the operation of the 10 core Authority owned Facilities detailed below. The Contract also includes a requirement for the Operator to have an Active Communities Partnership role within the County. The Services Specification includes further details of specific facility areas within the Facilities.

The Council uses the Due North ProContract e-tendering portal to conduct the tender process which can be accessed via https://procontract.due-north.com/Login.
