The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board for Weqas who seeks to establish a contract for the supply of base material products (serum and plasma products).

e) the manufacturer must provide 15 ml aliquots of the material for testing prior to acceptance
