The London Borough of Wandsworth is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of Homecare Reablement Service within Wandsworth. The London borough of Wandsworth aims to support residents in the borough of Wandsworth by delivering care that is reabling, person-centred and outcome focussed with the aim of supporting them to remain in their own homes, living independently, for as long as possible.

The contract opportunity is divided into two (2) lots which reflect geographical localities within the borough; Lot 1 – North and Lot 2 – South.
In order to satisfy the obligations, the Authority wishes to award a Contract for the provision of the Service appointing a single Provider or consortium for each of the lots referenced above.
The Contracts will be for a period of three (3) years commencing on 04 October 2024 and will be subject to extension by further period(s) up to an aggregate of two (2) years at the absolute discretion of the Authority.
