The Council is seeking organisations to provide Support Services for Children with Medical Needs across Leicestershire.

The requirement will be broken down into lots as described below:

Lot 1 - Virtual Group Tuition: Lot 1.1 Virtual Group Tuition – Academic subjects leading to qualifications (of Statutory School Age) and Lot 1.2 Virtual Group Tuition – Academic subjects not leading to qualifications (of Statutory School Age)

Lot 2 - Home Tuition: Lot 2.1: Home Tuition - Academic subjects leading to qualifications (of Statutory School Age) and Lot 2.2: Home Tuition – Academic subjects not leading to qualifications (of Statutory School Age)

A single provider will be awarded to each sub lot meaning a maximum of 4 providers will be awarded a place on the framework.

This framework is being tendered by Leicestershire County Council in accordance with the Light-Touch Regime requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015

Leicestershire County Council (LCC) will ensure information on the award of the contract is communicated to all tenderers. Tenderers who are unsuccessful shall be informed by LCC as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons why the applicant/tenderer was unsuccessful. If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take legal action. Any such action must be brought within the applicable limitation period. Where a contract has not been entered into the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order for any document to be amended.
