Tenderers are invited by Nottinghamshire County Council to provide the ‘front-end’ Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs). In each District or Borough area there are varying management arrangements in place but principally in Nottinghamshire the County Council will be responsible for the overall contract and for on-street enforcement and the Districts/Boroughs for off-street enforcement. Detail on participating Authorities and likely deployment hours is included within the specification.
