Investors in People is a recognised Industry standard for people management and organisational development solutions through the means of employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and workplace practices. This enables organisations to understand their performance at leading, supporting and improving people and culture strategy, benched marked against other organisations in your sector globally. IIP offer accreditations at 4 levels from Bronze to Platinum to organisations that achieve the necessary criteria and meet the overall assessment requirements associated with each accreditation level. These are set within the IIP professional framework

Through a rigorous assessment methodology reflective of the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to help organisations achieve their ambition through people the CNC requires the continuation of this provision.
