two.2.4) Description of the procurement
We want to enable CPC members and organisations from the wider public sector to procure gas and electricity supplies in full compliance with the Public Procurement Regulations. Potential consideration will also be given to the purchase of metered and unmetered water supply as well as a range of energy efficiency solutions.
The tender itself will be a re-tender of the current Utilities Supplies and Services Framework Agreement let by CPC with Dukefield Energy that expires on 8th September 2024.
We are looking to engage with interested parties to provide a written response to some questions that will hopefully assist in shaping and developing the scope and also be involved with any Pre-Market Engagement Meetings to further discuss your response.
