Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, footfall in the Bank’s offices has been affected and so have the use of our current contracts for Medical, Gym and Dental services. As organisations adjust to new ways of working, the Bank would like to explore the market to inform decisions for the re-competition of the current contract. We hope to understand how providers and their clients are adapting to, and meeting the requirements of flexible working for example, including nationwide cover and other initiatives.
