Potential Suppliers must score PASS in the mandatory PASS/FAIL questions to progress to the ITT stage; any Potential Supplier that scores FAIL in any of the mandatory PASS/FAIL questions will be rejected as non-compliant and will not continue to the ITT stage.

The Authority will use the scoring methodology for project-specific questions to inform the shortlisting process as described in the PQQ document.

The Foreign Commonwealth Development Office is launching a two-step tender for security services described as follows:

Stage 1 involves the Selection Stage where suppliers will be asked qualifying questions aimed at shortlisting a number of participants who will move forward to Stage 2.

Stage 2 involves the formal ITT where shortlisted suppliers can participate to bid by accessing the tender documents.
