two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The services relate to supporting and progressing trust collaboration across four critical areas (system transformation, collaboration at scale, collaboration at place, addressing radical and wider health inequalities) and are required at pace to meet the local and system wide NHS needs in the post covid landscape and deliver the NHS long term plan. Successful services will be able to define, support and deliver the following:

- Research to identify good practice and barriers where trust boards need support

- Exploration as to how communities of practice can make rapid progress

- Engagement activities with board leaders to embed NHSEI guidance

- Promotion of insights from NHSEI and other organisations to trust boards

- Peer learning, bespoke development sessions, training and knowledge sharing targets at trust board leaders

They are the only membership organisation solely dedicated to supporting trusts throughout the wider NHS Provider Sector with 100% of trusts signed up as members. They are uniquely placed with this relationship and are able to deliver the outputs at a pace and to a level other organisations would not be able to without significant work to develop the necessary relationships, skills and knowledge networks
