If further funding or funding extensions are secured, CPCA may consider extending the initial contract with the successful supplier(s) for up to a further 12 months, by giving written notice to the Supplier no later than 31 March 2023 and a further 12 months, by giving written notice to the Training Provider no later than 31 March 2024. Each extension will be subject to:

• Funding and other approvals for subsequent years.

• Assessment of Need

• Satisfactory delivery performance

• The understanding that outcomes can be delivered a maximum of 6 months from agreement end dates.

• Average Cost per Learner remains unchanged (adjusted for inflation).
