YPO are looking to renew the Datacentre, Maintenance, Cloud hosting and Security Solutions Framework. We would like to pre-engage with both suppliers and customers to understand in more detail the current market and current requirements. The Framework will go live on 1st August 2023 but the aim is to be awarded by June 2023.

We will be working in partnership with Nepo on this Framework as we recently partnered on our ICT Framework Category.

YPO are a non for profit organisation owned by 13 Local Authorities and 72 Associate members our frameworks put money back into the public purse. Our aim is to work with all suppliers including SMEs to create efficient procurements for our customers offering YPOs category knowledge and support throughout the project.

Our aim is to provide a Direct Award and Further competition route for the above services for the public sector. We are happy to discuss the relevance of the proposed Lot structure.

We are keen to add a direct award element to this framework this time around and also would like to understand cloud procurement in the Public Sector to ensure we can provide a compliant simple efficient route for our customers.

YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract

is provided to all bidders. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and

provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract

is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who

have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High

Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
