Guy's & St Thomas' NHS FT (as host of the NHS LPP) is seeking to establish a DPS for the provision of
Apprenticeship Training which shall be open to: - LPP member bodies (whether full, associate or other
members) as listed at: http://www.lpp.nhs.uk/about-lpp/our-members/and any new LPP members for the

duration of the contract; plus any other NHS/Public Sector bodies located in England, Wales, Scotland & Ireland, subject to approval of LPP, including but not limited to Acute & Foundation Trusts, CCGs, Ambulance, Care, Hospital, Mental Health & Community Health Trusts, Special Health Authorities, Health Boards, NHS Commissioning Boards, CSUs and other health orgs (Wales, Scotland & N. Ireland), Health & Social Care Trusts (Ireland), Community Health Councils, Local Health Boards, Social Enterprises, NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs/Organisations, GP Practices, Primary Care Commissioners, DoH Public Health England &Local Authorities & any successor organisations of the above.

This is a re-publication of notice OJEU ref 2017/S 046-084770

The DPS will allow for public sector organisations to procure training from providers on the SFA Register(RoATP). It will be split in to apprenticeship categories (including but not limited to: (see original OJEU advert).

June 2017 - The following Categories are now being added to the scope of the DPS:

— management degree/masters apprenticeships,

— digital degree/masters apprenticeships,

— registered Nurse Degree apprenticeships,

— nursing associate apprenticeships,

— events assistant apprenticeships.

December 2017 — the following Categories are now being added to the scope of the DPS:

— procurement,

— project management,

— service improvement,

— education and training,

— end point assessment.

May 2018 — the following categories are now being added to the scope of the DPS:

— operating department practitioner,

— AHP degree/masters apprenticeships,

— advanced clinical practitioner.

December 2018 — the following categories are now being added to the scope of the DPS:

— midwifery degree apprenticeships,

— specialist, community and public health degree and masters apprenticeships.

June 2019 - the following categories are now being added to the scope of the DPS:

- Psychological wellbeing practitioner

February 2022 - This DPS is now being extended for a 12 month period with a new end date of 2nd April 2023

The Dynamic Purchasing System for the Procurement of Apprenticeship Training Providers, original OJEU ref 2017/S 046-084770 will now be hosted on the Atamis eTendering portal rather than ProContract (Proactis). Interested bidders should now apply to the DPS at: - https://healthfamily.force.com/s/Welcome (rather than www .lppsourcing.org) and apply for project reference C59215 which replaces the old ProContract project reference DN240205.

The DPS is now live on Atamis and ProContract will no longer be able to accept applications.

On application to the Dynamic Purchasing System providers will be asked if they are listed on the SFA Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). Potential providers may be awarded on to the DPS without being on the register but at the 2nd stage (further competitions) being listed on the RoATP will be a mandatory criteria for participation.
In order to be awarded on to the RoATP providers must have a UK provider reference number (UKPRN).
Potential bidders should refer to the supplier information guidance for full details.
