Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey & North-East Hampshire as well as adult drug and alcohol treatment services in Surrey.

i-access is the substance misuse treatment service for Surrey, it is part of Surrey and Borders NHS partnership Trust (SABP). i-access provides tiers 2,3 and 4 and the service is jointly provided by SABP and Public Health, Surrey County Council under a cooperation agreement. The substance misuse element of the Surrey Family Safeguarding Pilot is part of the i-access service.

The Authority will be commencing a new procurement process for community based harm reduction and care planned treatment to adults with a lower level of complexity and risk services. The tender is due to launch in June 2021, and this Prior information Notice (PIN) is to allow all interested providers to express an interest in this requirement, prior to the launch of the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

The Authority is also inviting all providers to attend an online supplier engagement event on Tuesday, 25th May, 13:00 – 14:00. In this session the Authority will outline its draft requirements and hold a question and answer session.
