The ETF is seeking a tenderer to deliver 365 placements this Financial Year, with the potential to extend another two years (1+1+1) for a similar number of placements, subject to DfE funding in 23-24 and 24-25. Up to 30 of these 365 placements will be reserved for a pilot project involving those with technical skills who have been or are being made redundant or who are, unemployed or underemployed (not having enough work or not doing work that makes the most use of their skills), to encourage them to consider FE as a career option.
