The Isle of Wight Council conducted a further competition using the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework Agreement 664_24, Lot 4c.

The further competition has resulted in a contract award for the provision of high needs school demand and capacity consultancy services.

The main objectives of the contract are to develop and mobilise an SEND advice hub. To create a model of good practice and to create a new approach identifying, supporting and prioritising the needs of children with SEND through the development of an SEND framework.

The Contract period for this work covers 3 April 2023 – 31 July 2023.

The Contract will end on the 31 July 2023, unless the Isle of Wight Council chooses to extend the Contract in up to 3-month increments, until the 2 April 2027 to support with the implementation of the findings and recommendations. The Isle of Wight Council will be under no obligation to extend beyond the work agreed for the initial fixed fee.

The value listed in this notice is for the initial term. During the further competition, rates were sought and evaluated which will apply to any work carried out if the contract is extended.
