Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) for polar scientific research for deployment from the RRS Sir David Attenborough.

A high-specification ASV as an observational force multiplier to work alongside and reside on the RRS Sir David Attenborough (SDA), thus enhancing the observational capability of the UK's new polar research vessel. The ASV would also enable an extension of SDA’s scientific capability into shallow waters and areas (e.g. near calving ice shelves) where SDA cannot operate efficiently or safely.
