Engagement process description
Preliminary market engagement has been undertaken for this requirement prior to the onset of the new procurement regulations. BlueLight Commercial can confirm that a market engagement event was held to seek input and feedback from the wider conversions market on 22 March 2024 regarding existing routes to market for conversions and how these could be improved. Further engagement with attendees to this event was conducted in December 2024 whereby an initial outline of the proposed new arrangement was circulated for their comment and feedback.
