Applicants are invited to join the APL by reading the Application Rules, Call of Terms and Conditions and the Application Declaration, then complete and return the Application Declaration. The Application Declarations is evaluated on a pass/fail basis for all questions.
There are12 Lots + Lot Z for Applicants to apply for and if any Applicant was successful for any Lot they were automatically treated as a member for Lot Z.
