Description
Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide resurfacing and reconstruction works along the footpaths of Rosmead Street, Kingston upon Hull. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 26 May 2025 ending by 13 June 2025 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the works to be £95,000 overall (exclusive of VAT). The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Bidders must be able to meet the following suitability criteria to be considered for this tender; Must have a yearly turnover no less than £190,000. Must have, or is committed to obtain, Employer's Liability Insurance of £5 million and Public Liability Insurance of £10 million. Provide details of up to three contracts relating to previous experience in delivering similar contracts. Bidders who meet this suitability criteria will be assessed by an 70% Price / 30% Quality split to determine the most advantageous tender.
