Thames Valley Police as the authority is interested in suppliers that can provide a SaaS based database and storage solution to support the collision reports and associated work they complete in respect of Fatal and Serious Injury collision.
We are looking to procure a database solution to support our frontline Forensic Collision Investigation Unit (FCIU) across both Forces.
We require expressions of interest from suppliers that are able to provide a replacement SaaS based database and storage solution to support the collision reports and associated work they complete in respect of Fatal and Serious Injury collision.
Currently the FCIU is working across a number of different sites working in silos and data sharing is not possible at this time. We require the database to provide an end-to-end networked solution that is accessible for all silo sites.
The chosen supplier will need to ensure that they can support both forces in achieving accreditation towards ISO 17025 and/or 17020.
The solution must include a centralised data storage system to provide backup continuity and resilience to the database.
If you are interested in the above please express your interest by emailing rachel.batts@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk no later than midday on Friday 28th May 2021. You will be required to write a short summary of your offering to include:
