There is no reasonable alternative for this product, this is the only suitable implant for children undergoing femoral or tibial osteotomies in specific complex clinical presentations. Patients already have these implants in situ, and further use of the instrumentation is essential for revision. The absence of competition is not a result of the artificial narrowing of the parameters of the procurement.
