Scope
Description
The council seeks to procure a mechanism for the disposal of highways operational waste
that is necessary for the highways delivery team to carry out essential maintenance
works. The mechanism proposed is compliant with regulations and Council rules and will
provide an efficient and best value procurement approach.
The contract is for a period of 4 years unless terminated in accordance with the
Conditions of Contract.

Framework operation description
The framework is anticipated to commence on 1st December 2025 and will continue for a period of 4 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of The Framework Agreement.
The estimated total value of the framework over the total framework period (including any extension period) is a maximum value of £1.2 million but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the framework.
