The Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to provide the services for the period ending 31st March 2025. UKSPF funding is confirmed on an annual basis hence the award will be on an annual basis subject to confirmation of funding.

The UK government Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has launched the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) which succeeds the European Union structural funds (ERDF and ESF).
The primary goal of the UKSPF is to build pride in place and increase life chances across the UK. There are three UKSPF investment priorities:-
• Communities and place;
• Supporting local business; and
• People and skills
This work is for outputs against E8 and E17 of UKSPF
