Description
The City of Bradford Metropolitan Council is undertaking early market engagement for the re commissioning of the Public Health Nursing Service, due to commence on 1 April 2027. The Public Health Nursing Service is a universal service based on the evidence-based Healthy Child Programme, aimed at reducing inequalities and improving health and wellbeing. The Service works in the community and is required to be accessible to every child in the District. The Bradford Public Health Nursing Service includes Health Visiting, School Nursing and Oral Health Promotion. The market engagement event will outline the Council's commissioning intentions, anticipated service requirements, and the procurement process under the Provider Selection Regime.

This session will present the Council's emerging plans for the future service model, commissioning approach, and procurement route for this significant, universal public health programme. The purpose of the event is to gauge market interest and capability, gather feedback, and help shape the final specification before the procurement formally commences. The event will be held in person at: Scorex House 1 Bolton Road Bradford BD1 4AS To express interest in attending this market engagement event, providers should register through the YORtender messaging facility and include the organisation, names and contact details of the attendees. Further event details will be shared following registration. Please note the following important information: • This notice does not signify the start of a procurement process. • Attendance at the engagement event does not form part of any future evaluation. • Participation does not give any advantage in the forthcoming procurement. • The Council reserves the right to vary or cancel this engagement activity at any time. • Any time, effort, or expenditure undertaken by interested parties before a formal contract award is entirely at their own commercial discretion.
