Dudley MBC are looking for a provider to carry out Civil Parking Enforcement Services including on and off-street parking. The Council is seeking a suitably experienced and resourced partner to provide these services. One supplier is required to provide all aspects of the service defined in the specification. Any prospective company must clearly demonstrate how they can assist the Council in delivering the core business objectives listed. Civil Parking Enforcement services must be provided in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (Part 6). It is essential that the Contractor can demonstrate a clear understanding of this legislation and provide evidence of strong experience of parking enforcement.The Contractor will provide enforcement services within the entire Borough of Dudley. This will include all stretches of Public Highway, Privately Owned Roads and Council Car Parks where valid Traffic Regulation Orders apply.The deadline is 5pm Monday 15th May 2023

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
