The Service is the provision of care and support to a number of people, aged 18yrs and over, living in the community with a learning disability diagnosis. Each service user is a tenant of a registered social landlord. The properties (schemes) are Grafton House, Marlborough House and Scotia House. Each scheme comprises a small number of self-contained flats, together with communal areas and gardens. The provider of the service will need to deploy care staff to provide care and support to each individual service user in accordance with their care plan and projected outcomes.
