Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust would like to direct award for a period of 12 months commencing 13th March 2025 with the option to extend for a further 12 months for the provision of 24-hour care for patients with specialist palliative care needs who require continual assessment in Pembridge In-patient Unit.

This Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using Direct Award Process C. The date of contract award is 14 March 2025 and the dates between which the services are intended to be provided is from 13 March 2025 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend for an additional 12 months (up to 13 March 2027); and the lifetime value of the contract is £90,000.
