Torbay Council is seeking the provision of a cloud hosted Learning Management System (LMS) which has been fully developed and in live use. To enhance usability, accessibility, and integrations with other systems, thereby improving the overall learning experience for employees and external users.
In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the EOI Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk

The purpose of this market engagement is to:
• determine what the market looks like currently in terms of suppliers
• whether suppliers can deliver the requirements in the high-level specification
• what additional capabilities should be considered in the specification
