Description
The requirement is to establish a 3 year (with option to extend for a further 1 year) Framework Agreement for a single service provider to provide cleaning services to 21 educational establishments, 3 Preschool centres and 1 children's integrated day centre.

Framework operation description
Prices will be based on the successful tenderer's commercial tender and subject to annual review. Individual establishments will enter into call-off contracts from the Framework and additional establishments may be added to the Framework during its lifetime.
