Contract Term: Initial 24 months with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to max term of 60 months or until the max contract value £1.9m is reached
The ceiling price for this contract will not exceed £400k per annum for a maximum contract of five years or until the maximum value of £1.9m is consumed. This is a demand led contract and capped by available budget this would be a contract with a zero-value commitment.
The ceiling price recognises the planned aspirational growth through promotion of this service by UKHSA and RCGP, in collaboration with the supplier, to encourage greater use by GP surgeries. Also, the requirement to cover reimbursement of the sourcing of kit component costs in the future when UKHSA stock is exhausted.
