East Riding of Yorkshire Council are seeking the markets views on the upgrade of our current Telemetry system and future maintenance. This is to gather information on current available equipment and innovation within the market. The Authority wishes to determine upgrade/ replacement options, equipment that may be retained on sites and maintenance options.

This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is not a call for competition; however it is anticipated that the results of this will influence the future procurement process. The PME is an opportunity for the Authority to seek responses from the market in a transparent, fair manner in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. It is essential that any organisation participating in the PME understands that a procurement opportunity is not guaranteed.
