The peer mentor service provides a high-quality service delivering high performance measures. The service should part of a MDT Peer support team to ensure best value and maximum service delivery reach and resourcing is at full capacity.
The service should provide an innovative approach to delivery and joined up working creating a greater reach and benefit to both TEWV service users and the wider community by coordinating a team of experienced and qualified peer mentors with a consistent approach and delivery mechanisms to allow the service to progress and continue to offer a demand led service. The service should be provided as an early intervention and preventions service
