Framework operation description
Pricing required - total hours per holiday per child.
Of the approved providers who have the highest combined Quality and Price score at the Tender Stage (this stage) will be offered the appropriate contract.
In some circumstances, approved providers may not be able to fulfil our requirements completely, or we may wish to offer a combination of provisions in one location. In which case, we may instruct multiple providers to work separately in one location. This will work in the same way as above, offering contracts to the top scoring providers first.
This process will be repeated for all locations under all four Lots, until an entire provision is engaged for that particular holiday period. This entire process will be repeated three times per year (if required) in advance of each school holiday – Easter, Christmas and Summer.
