This PQQ (pre qualification questionnaire) is created to enable Severn Trent to technically evaluate participants who wish to be awarded with preferred supplier status for the supply and install of LOT 1 ultra violet (UV) rigs and or LOT 2 supply of reactors. You can apply for both or just one lot.

Qualified suppliers will then be entitled to bid to supply UV rigs and or reactors through RFPs either managed through ST or our supply chain partners. ST will reserve the right on which suppliers are taken forward and which are not.

All pass / fail questions within the PQQ will need to passed, fail to any of these questions will result in an unsuccessful application.
