Engagement process description

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is seeking to engage with suppliers who may have capacity and digital capability to support their ambitious New Hospital Programme (target construction start date of the Summer of 2028 and opening date of 2032),

The Authority is currently planning the digital workstream of the Project and wishes to engage with the market at this stage in order to develop its understanding of possible digital and technical solutions available on the market (and in development) to enable the new Leighton Hospital to be a smart and one of the most digitally advanced hospitals in the country. The Authority recognises that to achieve this will require close collaboration with industry to understand how modern, digitally enabled care can be delivered through innovative solutions and future proof technologies.

In publishing this preliminary market engagement notice, the Authority is inviting interested suppliers of digital and technical solutions fit for health settings to express their interest in this preliminary market engagement stage.

To explain more details of the Project and the Authority's current view on the digital workstream, the Authority will hold a series of webinars on:

• 10 February at 13:00 hours GMT,

• 25 February at 15:00 hours GMT

• 03 March at 12:00 hours GMT.

Further details of how suppliers can register their interest for these webinars can be found by logging in to the supplier portal at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome. Atamis project reference C421098.
