The Service will deliver a community led, place and strengths-based programme to support a new way of working with and supporting residents in Southampton who may need support from adult social care and other parts of the council. The contract is for 36 months.

The programme is to tackle system, cultural and attitudinal barriers whilst modelling, scaling up and embedding a different way of working that is community led and asset and strengths based. The intention is to improve experience and outcomes for people who may need support and those planning, commissioning and delivering support both in the council and in partner organisations.
