two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Bank of England (the "Bank") has managed a Career Returner Programme since 2018 for professionals that have taken extended career breaks of 2 years or more. From the programme's inception, the Bank has engaged a programme partner for the provision of support services which includes the advertisement of vacancies, coaching for returner cohorts, and line management briefings. This procurement aims to put in place a new programme partner contract to allow this initiative to continue. The programme partner will also provide subject matter expertise to the Bank on the topic of career returners, including advice on how to successfully integrate career returners into the Bank. This contract will be for a 2 year term with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
