two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Sexual Health Outreach HIV Prevention and Support Service (SHOHPSS) encompasses the service elements set out below, to be delivered within the defined geographical areas. Lincolnshire County Council will hold and manage this contract on behalf of all three Greater Lincolnshire local authorities.
a. HIV Prevention and Sexual Health Promotion (Lincolnshire only) The purpose of this service element is to ensure key messages and information reach those at highest risk of poor sexual health in Lincolnshire.
b. Sexual Health Outreach Provision (Greater Lincolnshire) The purpose of this service element is to provide community-based outreach activities and interventions to environments and venues where individuals have increased vulnerabilities or are at high risk of sexual ill-health.
c. Specialist Social Care Support (Lincolnshire only) The purpose of Specialist Social Care Support is to provide a responsive, holistic, and person centred support offer to people living with and affected by HIV in Lincolnshire. Support shall embed preventative and strength-based approaches to meet the diverse and personalised needs of people living with HIV in Lincolnshire.
