Peterborough City Council (PCC), Is looking to award a framework’ which PCC and Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) will be entitled to call off from.for Specialist Services which will offer a variety of interventions to children, young people and their families and carers. These services can be provided in the form of direct support to children, young people and their families, supporting placement stability, supervising contact between children, young people and their families or undertaking specialist assessments to inform Social Care Planning.

The Procurement is being run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the Authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for "Social and Other Specific Services”, otherwise referred to as “Light Touch Regime” procurement. This ITT provides further details of the proposal and process for submitting Bids.

The requirements will be split into lots as detailed below:
