Post Covid GP Post - Conexus
The NHS in England has been a global leader in the development of specialist services to support people affected by the long-term effects of Covid-19. National guidance was published in November 2020. It was agreed by NHS England’s regional team for West Yorkshire to implement the clinics locally at each place and build on the post-acute follow up pathway already in place at the local acute trusts. Post Covid Assessment Service (PCAS) clinics were launched around December 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic

The Provider will employ a GP with a specific interest in Post Covid and support the role in line with the attached Job Description, using established infrastructure. This infrastructure will include clinical governance, communications and engagement and access to training / planning support.
