1.2 This specification relates to the Multiply Intervention – ‘Courses designed to help people manage their money’. Please read through the entire specification before bidding.

1.3 Launching this year across the UK, Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. Good numeracy skills may unlock job opportunities and lead to higher wages or prepare you for further study. They also help in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money. Medway Council are seeking for partners to help deliver Multiply in Medway.

The response must include detailed descriptions of how you will deliver the interventions in accordance with Multiply requirements, reach out to new learners, provide the right learner data to Medway Council and achieve timescales.
