two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The ACRO Criminal Records Office is seeking suitable providers to take a holistic view of ACRO’s database solutions and make suggestions for how to replace and improve outdated areas of our technology. We’re looking to engage with providers to understand the solutions which best suit our business needs and strategic aims. We are seeking responses by 29/04/22 and we intend to invite providers for presentations and Q&A sessions in the week commencing 09/05/22.

We anticipate running an open procurement process following this engagement, depending on the responses received from this PIN. We will provide a statement of requirements at that stage.

The chosen provider may be required to work with an existing supplier during a transition period.
