Ad-hoc repair works will also be included to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by the Association which will include, for example, replacement planting of shrubs and trees and renewal of slabbing and fencing, etc.

six.3) Additional information

The Association will consider extending the initial 18-month contract on a rolling 12-month basis from 1st April 2023 up to a maximum of two additional years. Any future extensions will be dependant on the Contractor satisfactorily fulfilling their contractual commitments, the required level of performance as set out in the KPIs and a suitable adjustment to the contract price being negotiated between the parties.

TUPE Regulations may apply to this Contract. Bidders should satisfy themselves of any implications the TUPE Regulations may have on this contract and account for any such implications within their priced submissions.
